Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of AS Infratech ("Company", "we", "our"), including our website at www.asinfratech.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AS Infratech provides construction and related services including residential construction, commercial construction, turnkey solutions, renovation & remodeling, and architectural planning & designing in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract between the client and AS Infratech.
3. Project Agreements
All construction projects undertaken by AS Infratech are governed by a separate Project Agreement or Contract signed between the client and the Company. The terms, scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables of any project are defined in that project-specific agreement. In case of conflict, the project agreement prevails over these general Terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. AS Infratech reserves the right to pause or suspend work in the event of delayed or non-payment as per the agreed payment milestones. All payments are non-refundable for work already completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Warranties & Liability
AS Infratech warrants that all construction work will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations in Bhopal. Our liability is limited to the value of the project contract. We are not liable for delays caused by client-side decisions, regulatory delays, natural events, or force majeure.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and architectural plans created by AS Infratech remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received by the client. After full settlement, all project-related designs are transferred to the client.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
8. Changes to Terms
AS Infratech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
